April lost. te has suffered from fever and inflammation of Cort
ears. He has also consulted me

for certains affection depending upon derangement of the Liver. th has been three
years
in the
Colony without having had a change. Tatting into consideration the state of his heatch
his health during the past Tummer and his present condition, I consider it necessary that he should proceed to Europe for a period of not lef
than seven
eight monks for the lemefit of his heatch.
